Description
Service Operations • Manage end-to-end service support for inverter and battery products. • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service tickets. • Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for repairs, replacements, and installations. • Maintain service quality standards across regions. Team Management • Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and support staff. • Assign daily service schedules and monitor productivity. • Conduct technical training for service teams and channel partners. Technical Support • Diagnose complex issues related to inverters, lithium batteries, and electrical systems. • Coordinate with R&D / production teams for recurring technical problems. • Improve troubleshooting SOPs and service manuals. Warranty & Spare Management • Handle warranty claims and product replacement approvals. • Ensure availability of spare parts and service inventory. • Track defective returns and failure analysis. Customer Satisfaction • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores. • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and EPC partners.• Escalate critical complaints with proper closure. MIS & Reporting • Prepare monthly service reports, complaint trends, failure analysis, and team performance dashboards. • Use CRM / ERP tools for ticket management and service records. Requirements • Strong knowledge of solar inverter systems, batteries, UPS, lithium battery packs. • Understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting. • Team leadership and field service management. • Good communication and customer handling skills. • Experience in CRM / ERP software. • Data-driven approach to improve service efficiency. Qualifications : • B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. • Additional certifications in power electronics preferred.
