We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager for my client who is a leading Heavy Equipment provider.
Shifts are held over Monday to Friday. No weekend working. Permanent position.
This role will be based at the company’s Belfastoffice.

SKILLS

• Knowledge or experience in construction, access, commercial, or agricultural equipment or similar
• Experience in team scheduling and workload planning.
• Understanding of hydraulics, electrics, and heavy plant machinery.

DUTIES

• Lead a team to deliver technical support for company products, ensuring prompt and reliable customer service.
• Manage the workshop schedule, maintaining workflow and coverage, and keeping customers informed of repair progress.
• Act as a primary contact for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Work with sales, parts, and suppliers to support technical and warranty matters.
• Prepare reports and ensure proper return of parts and evidence for warranty claims.
