Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota. Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a Service Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities · Supervise and coordinate service staff across multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with resort standards and luxury service protocols. · Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. · Recruit, train, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional hospitality, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching. · Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization while overseeing inventory management for service-related supplies. · Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for all service areas, balancing labor costs with operational needs. · Maintain consistency in presentation, service etiquette, and luxury experience across all outlets. · Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for all service areas, balancing labor costs with operational needs. · Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety (HACCP). · Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. · Strong leadership and team-building skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Knowledge of fine dining service standards and wine/beverage pairing. · Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting. · Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
