JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auto service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the service team. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively manage service operations while promoting upselling opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in dealership settings or auto service management is preferred.
  • Strong background in automotive repair, including experience with transmissions, diesel engine repair, air brakes, suspension systems, shocks & struts, auto body repair, and tire services.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Proficient in auto estimating and sales techniques to enhance revenue through upselling opportunities.
  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience as a mechanic or service technician is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
