The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for automotive service, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and supervise the service department staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. * Coordinate service schedules and workflow to maximize productivity and meet customer expectations. * Develop strategies to increase service department revenue and customer satisfaction. * Maintain communication with customers regarding service status and resolve any issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. * Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets. * Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Knowledge of automotive service processes and technologies. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused with problem-solving skills. * Valid driver’s license.
