What You’ll Do The Service Manager (Maintenance) is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Your day-to-day may include: Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance Train and coach all maintenance team members Requirements What You Bring Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines Knowledge of general property repairs, which may include, as applicable, the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
