· Manage and coordinate service diary/appointments
· Translate customer reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
· Coordinate mechanics and assign mechanics to work orders based on the diary
· Ensure that work provided to customers meets Nyhan Motors quality standards
· Point of escalation for customers and internal service queries
· Following up with customers when necessary
· Provide assistance on service reception where applicable
· Ensure invoicing and payment collection is completed each day and customer records are entered into computer database
