Paradiso is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Service Manager for a full time position. Paradiso is known for their high standard of food quality and service and the Service Manager needs to lead their team to uphold these standards. The Service Manager would be responsible for assisting in the running of all front of house duties including but not limited to: scheduling, ordering, inventory, leading and training staff, controlling beverage and labour cost and ordering. The Service Manager has to have an exceptional ability to multitask and a keen eye to detail, while employing hospitable customer services skills when interacting with the guests. The Service Manager is a leadership position and must possess the ability to motivate their team, resolve conflicts and inspire employees. This role requires excellent problem solving skills when dealing with employee conflict, angry guests, and wrong or late stock orders. The need to think quickly and calmly is essential. The Service Manager must be driven to succeed, always striving for excellence.
