Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Service Manager to join a multi branded workshop in Warwick Farm. To succeed in this role you will be a natural leader who enjoys a challenge.

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Maximise and maintain growth opportunities whilst ensuring the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
  • Ownership and accountability of the performance and daily activities of the Service department
  • Ensuring achievement of all internal KPI’s and manufacturer targets and dealer standards
  • Overall productivity of the team and ensuring all work has been completed and quality checked to the highest standards
  • Ensuring a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers
  • Working closely with Sales and Parts departments
