What You’ll Do As our Service Manager, you’ll guide the heartbeat of the service department—ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and a positive, productive team environment. You will: Lead and monitor key service processes to ensure alignment with our mission, vision, and values. Build strong communication channels within the department and across locations. Champion a customer-first culture by ensuring the team delivers exceptional care and craftsmanship. Oversee workflow across warranty, internal repairs, customer-pay service, and detail/reconditioning.
