Description
  • Puente Hills Subaru is seeking an experienced Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or a high-performing Service Advisor ready to take the next step in their automotive career. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-volume service department and contribute to building a top-tier service team. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to attract and retain high-performing talent across all service roles.

THE PAY RANGE IS DEPENDENT ON PRIOR EXPERIENCE. POSITION WILL PAY A SALARY PLUS PERFORMANCE BONUS BASED ON LABOR GROSS PROFIT OF THE SERVICE DEPT AND CSI KICKERS,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee or assist in daily operations of the service department
  • Lead, train, and motivate service advisors and technicians
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and achieve service department performance goals
  • Play an active role in recruiting and developing service team members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or top-performing Service Advisor
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing service staff
  • Automotive dealership experience required; Subaru experience is a plus
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation:
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
