  • Proven experience in financial and commercial management
  • Strong technical knowledge and industry insight

  • Hands-on experience with 5S or Lean continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results

Responsibilities

As a Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead daily operations to ensure profitability, performance, and productivity
  • Deliver exceptional service experiences that keep customers coming back
  • Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team of service technicians
  • Ensure full compliance with company systems, policies, and procedures
  • Drive workshop efficiency using 5S and Lean principles
  • Manage warranty claims and costs in line with company standards
  • Maintain company assets - tools, vehicles, and workshop equipment
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
