JOB SUMMARY
The postholder will be responsible for managing the Learning & Development and Resident Activities department at our head office base in Llandyrnog.
The Service Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of employee training and development across the organisation. This role will design, implement, and manage learning programs that support business objectives, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will also be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing a range of social, recreational, and educational activities to enhance the well-being and community engagement of residents.
