The ideal Service Manager is motivated, professional and detail oriented. Responsibilities include: * Scheduling periodic and annual preventive maintenance for all fleet equipment * Effectively managing the time of shop mechanics and road technicians * Completing work orders in a timely manner * Providing technical advice and resolving customer issues in a timely manner * Maintaining a clean and safe shop Prior experience managing a construction equipment or vehicle fleet is beneficial.
