JOIN OUR NORTHERN REGION DIVISION AS A SERVICE MANAGER

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and minor works delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information and contracts) with close interaction with clients and suppliers. The candidate will meet deadlines and deliver requirements for projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage service delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance works.
  • Coordinate labour, resources, and materials for service operations
  • Drive productivity and performance across service teams
  • Develop and maintain strong client, supplier and subcontractor relationships
  • Deliver accurate costing, quoting and tender responses
  • Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards
  • Analyse performance trends and implement improvements
  • Report on budgets, labour and service outcomes
