Role :

  • Handling navigation and communication equipment service & repair inquiry
  • Provide prompt response to customer for technical query
  • Assign and handling service engineer and required spares for repair and survey job
  • Customer meeting and marketing for the company product
  • Handling customer complain after service & sending invoice .
  • follow up for the payment for invoice.
  • Maintain all company approval like class approval and ISO audit .
