Job Description
As a Service Manager at Pact Group, you will play a pivotal role in our Palmerston North services. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact for individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality community services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor service delivery plans and strategies to meet the needs of the community.
  • Oversee budgetary planning and financial management for service operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and community organisations to enhance service provision.
  • Monitor and evaluate service outcomes against predefined performance indicators, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing community service delivery.

Main Tasks:

  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide support, and address any operational challenges.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and identify training needs for team members.
