About Us: At RV Super Centre, we provide exceptional accessories for RV, camping, marine and outdoor enthusiasts. The Role: As permanent, full time Service Manager, you’ll lead our Queenstown Service Department, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and strong operational performance. You’ll drive team success, maximise workshop efficiency, and contribute to profitability through effective leadership and cost control. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and coach Service Advisors, technicians and workshop teams Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with our Good Guides framework Oversee daily workshop operations, scheduling and productivity Monitor performance, including labour efficiency, costs and service profitability Ensure high-quality repairs and “right first time” vehicle presentation Manage service budgets, pricing and supplier relationships Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external partners Champion health, safety and compliance across the workshop About You: You’re an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive or service environment. You know how to balance people leadership with operational performance. You will bring: Proven experience in an automotive service environment (at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience) Leadership or management experience in a workshop or service setting (at least minimum 2 years’ experience) Trade qualification or senior service advisory/workshop control experience (and/or the equivalent of NZQF diploma or AQF associated degree) Strong communication and people leadership skills A commercial mindset with a focus on cost control and productivity Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities A full New Zealand driver licence Hours and Days of Work: Minimum of 40 hours per week, working between 7am-5pm from Monday to Friday.
