What are you going to do?

Van Mossel is the official MG dealer of the Netherlands! We are looking for a Service Manager to help us put the branch on the map in the The Hague region. You will lead colleagues in the workshop and service advisors. It is your responsibility to ensure that our customers, who come for car service, are helped as well and as quickly as possible, so that they ultimately leave the branch with a big smile. You achieve this by, among other things, reviewing the set goals, monitoring them, and making adjustments where necessary. You manage and coach your colleagues and ensure that they can offer our customers excellent service, exceeding customer expectations. Naturally, you also work behind the counter yourself. Furthermore, your duties include:

• Motivating, coaching, and developing the team;
• Correct handling and follow-up of complaints regarding after-sales;
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction results and taking action for improvement where necessary.

Who are we looking for?

This job is not for everyone. It goes without saying that you have experience within the automotive industry. Preferably in a similar role, but if you work as a service advisor and are ready for the next step in your career, this is certainly a possibility. The most important thing is that you know everything about customer satisfaction and can therefore offer our customers excellent service. You know how to coach, inspire, and motivate people. Additionally, you are stress-resistant, able to maintain an overview, and can switch gears quickly. Furthermore, you possess, among other things:

• At least 3 years of work experience in automotive aftersales;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Full-time availability.
