Your tasks

• You are responsible for the professional, personnel and results-oriented management of the After-Sale Service department.
• Your task is to implement the service goals and expand economic success.
• To do this, you observe the market with regard to trends and developments, derive strategies and thus secure a competitive advantage.
• You manage the handling of service processes, including warranty and guarantee processing, to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Furthermore, you will represent the car dealership in publicly effective networking and sales activities.
