POSITION SUMMARY:
American Implement is seeking a motivated leader to head the service department that has strong interpersonal skills, can multi-task and continuously build and grow a loyal customer base while building the skill-sets, productivity and efficiency of the service department. In this role, one will oversee the operations of the service department by actively managing work orders, service calls, inspections, warranty work, product improvement programs as well as developing technicians to provide the highest standards of customer service. To be successful, the Service Manager will implement and follow various processes, collaborate with others, recruit and build talent internally, and execute a marketing plan while encouraging teamwork throughout the dealership. This position supervises Service Technicians, Set-up Technicians, Ag Tech Interns, Detail Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Service Admin Personnel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching overhead, must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. without assistance, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, and seeing.
