Woods & Co. Recruitment has partnered with a subsidiary of the largest mechanical construction company in the United States in their search for a Service Manager to join their team and help manage and service their NJ/NY areas.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations, drive client satisfaction, and ensure the successful delivery of mechanical service repair solutions. This role carries full P&L responsibility and requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Overall P&L responsibility to include: Sales, Net profit, receivables, expenses, contract retention, etc.
Maintain customer and client satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service.
Quote and manage mechanical service repair projects, coordinating with regional service teams and outside vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of scheduled work.
Participate in investigating and resolving moderately complex business issues as they arise.
Review weekly billings and ensure accurate processing through proper internal channels.
Support the sales team in securing new business within the existing customer base while collaborating in a team-oriented, matrix reporting environment.
Ensure all job safety requirements are properly coordinated and consistently followed.
