Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Manager, Mechanical, the Service Millwright duties will range from planned work order execution to troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring client concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel to a variety of customer sites in different industries to execute planned maintenance and/or respond to emergency service calls, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair (or schedule for repair);
  • Maintain the highest possible standard in all customer communication setting expectations and managing the customer experience throughout;
  • Manage larger installations from beginning to end (i.e. start-up and commissioning, pre-start-up inspections, equipment turnover);
  • Partner with, and/or manage third party vendors, subcontractors, and consultants;
  • Safely perform and diagnose preventative maintenance work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime.
