THE ROLE
As our Service Network Development Lead, you will contribute developments in the EU Aftersales market, monitor ongoing business and support the NSC and the dealer network to ensure that the business develops with competent and motivated staff, satisfied customers and profitability. Together with the Service Network Development team, you set goals, develop strategies and action plans. You support the organization operationally in various activities.
