Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Reporting to the Global Head of ITSM, the Service NOW Architect will design and develop solutions for the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications. He will provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations, participate in requirement analysis, and create technical documentation. Collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and clients is key to ensuring successful project delivery. He will also monitor performance, manage upgrade cycles, and propose integrations with other tools and systems. Key Responsibilities Solution Design: Develop and design solutions for the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications. Technical Leadership: Provide domain, architecture, and technical aspects of projects to clients and stakeholders. Strategic Recommendations: Offer strategic advice on technical best practices and industry trends. Requirement Analysis: Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to developers based on the requirements. Documentation: Create technical documentation, including process flows, design documents, and implementation guides. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Performance Monitoring: Keep track of instance performance and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience. Upgrade Management: Manage upgrade cycles and implement new release functionalities. Integration: Propose and implement integrations with other tools and systems. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred). 7+ years Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment. Deep knowledge in ITIL processes. Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions. Experienced in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and various integration tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Capable of collaborating with process owners, architects, and developers to produce technical specifications for solution development and systems integration requirements. Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations. Ability to guide junior team members and provide mentorship. Familiarity with Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents.
