SERVICENOW DEVELOPER (ITSM/IRM/SPM/HRSD)

• Preferably with more with 5 years relevant working experience in the implementation of ServiceNow solution. Candidates with relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM, IRM, SPM and/or HRSD will be preferred.
• Responsible for implementing solution on ServiceNow
• Review customer’s current business processes and translate to customer pain points
• Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues
• Setup CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow Production and non-production environments
• Develop reference architecture for ServiceNow integration with WOG services and external internet services
• Conduct POC to validate customer use cases.
• Assist the project management office to assess implementation efforts based on customer use cases
• Develop and maintain necessary project artefacts e.g. SaaS business rules
