Job Description
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and other enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with scripting, integrations, and ServiceNow modules, and a passion for building scalable, high-performing applications. • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, Problem). • Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and other platform capabilities. • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Maintain proper documentation for developed solutions and platform configurations. • Stay current on ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices
