Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to platform governance and change management best practices.
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching.
  • Develop technical documentation and user training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
