Description:

SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Now Transformation Consultant with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing HR Service Delivery framework supported by ServiceNow HRSD module for our clients. This role requires an expertise in HR Operations delivered in a Global Shared Services and/or outsourced environment and the understanding/knowledge of ServiceNow’s HRSD capabilities, as well as strong HR processes and consulting skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR service delivery platforms, either in HR operations or in a process/product owner role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
  • Experience in project management or consulting roles
  • Think outside the box and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Service Delivery Strategy and Employee Digital Experience with client
  • Translate the Strategy and Vision into requirements to configure ServiceNow HRSD and ServiceNow Knowledge Management, with the help of ServiceNow Consultant
  • Define how ServiceNow HRSD supports and enable HR processes and digital employee experience
  • Understand and analyze the current state of the employee experience and the pain points experienced by the HR organization, the business and the employees
  • Analyze client requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to meet their HR service delivery needs
  • Develop and implement best practices for HR service delivery processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, case management and knowledge management
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on the processes, ways of working and ServiceNow HRSD usage in HR operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow HRSD module, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
