We are proud of our supportive, people-focused culture and friendly office environment – and yes, we’re dog-friendly too! 🐶 Job Description Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing quotations for repairs and spare parts, compiling technical solutions Searching for necessary parts, requesting quotes from our current and new vendors Contacting suppliers, negotiating prices Consulting with technicians regarding quotes Working closely with the inside sales team Keeping up-to-date documentation in the CRM system Participating in team meetings Qualifications What we are looking for in you: You have a university degree in engineering (ideally in mechanical or electrical engineering) You have previous work experience in administration You are confident in using Microsoft Office You are proactive and team-oriented, but you are also able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently You are able to perform structured, repetitive tasks accurately and consistently You speak English at a conversational level and Hungarian at a native level Advantages You have experience in the field of crane or lifting technology You are familiar with Siebel You have experience in preparing (technical) quotations Additional Information What we offer: Competitive benefits package (base salary + bonus system + cafeteria) Stable employment with a company that has high operating standards Opportunity for development in an international organization Friendly, close-knit team and positive work environment Home office (after probation period: 2 days/week) _______________________________________________________________________ Konecranes moves what matters.
