We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to work autonomously but also well in a large team in a high-volume, ever-changing work environment.
  • Is confident to question and suggest improvements.
  • Has understanding or willing to understand legislative requirements for employee payments.
  • Displays resilience and courage, is accountable, a quick learner and able to plan and prioritise their work.
  • Experience in using a payroll system is highly regarded but not a requirement.
  • Experience in working in high volume environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of payroll entitlements

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Service Officer you will be responsible for the End-to-End processing – Onboarding, Offboarding and Master data changes. This role will also provide a high level of payroll processing and customer service in compliance with award, taxation, legislative and audit requirements to facilitate the payment of current employee entitlements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Service Officer (Payroll) you will provide payroll administration services following procedures and customer experience principles in all interactions to ensure the enterprise resourcing planning system is accurate and up to date and to meet service levels.
The Team works together within a culture of mutual respect, honesty and integrity. There is strong collaboration and support for all members of the team,
