Vestas’ Service Operation Department for Poland is a part of Vestas NCE (North West) and is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with planning, planning tools and prioritization
• Proven knowledge, skills and experience in MS Office, SAP or Salesforce or similar systems
• Ability to analyze numerical data and identify trends
• Knowledge of organizational processes and systems
• Very good knowledge of oral and written English and Czech

• Plan service teams of the region, with special attention to 3 week detailed planning based on priority, available resources, skills and materials
• Create the most efficient daily planning in consultation with teams, supervisor, and planning process, considering the weather forecast, bundling of service orders, and travel time
• Determine and organize needed resources, tools and materials
• First point of contact for Service Technicians related to planning and timeframes of planned works
• Replace other Dispatchers when absent
• Plan and contact the external subcontractors
• Create PR, follow-up and GR of purchase orders in SAP for contracted activities in the area
