Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dedicated Service Operation Manager to lead and manage the service operations for marine systems within our client marine ship repair division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, repair, and service activities related to marine systems on vessels under repair. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day service operations involving marine systems in shiprepair projects. Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Monitor and report on service performance indicators and project progress. Lead and mentor service teams to enhance skills and productivity. Identify areas for continuous improvement in service operations and implement best practices. Manage budgets and procurement related to service operations. Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marine systems service operations or shiprepair industry. Strong understanding of marine systems and shiprepair processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in marine repair operations. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
