You’ll be at the frontline of our 24/7 operations, monitoring systems, resolving incidents and helping deliver seamless technology experiences that support our team members and guests.  This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse systems across gaming, hotel, F&B and corporate platforms. A few of your responsibilities: * Proactively monitor enterprise systems, applications and services to ensure optimal performance, availability and minimal disruption * Provide responsive support across critical business platforms, including gaming, hotel, POS and corporate systems * Carry out operational tasks and planned changes, including patching, service management and routine maintenance activities * Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow, maintaining accurate records * Oversee backup environments, investigate and resolve failures, and ensure effective tape management and data integrity processes are maintained What we are looking for: * Experience supporting desktop and server environments in a fast-paced IT setting * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions under pressure * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong IT experience (essential) with exposure to enterprise systems such as hotel or POS platforms (highly regarded) * Qualifications in in IT (highly regarded * Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Technology Team at The Star.
