Responsibilities

We are looking for a clear and enthusiastic communicator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our National Customer Service Centre in Wingfield.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through the facilitation of timely and efficient provision of our products. Your ability to multitask will be vital, as you respond to customer enquiries, orders, service needs and troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone, and email, whilst handling all administrative aspects of sales.
