Description
A successful candidate in this role will be responsible for supporting the Professional Services team and ensuring that service objectives are achieved within the organization. It is a back-office role located in EMEA. This position will be working in diverse verticals within Fluke Reliability.    Primary responsibilities •    Maintains equipment, including handling, receiving, and shipping. •    Coordinator of order handling, settlements, and invoicing. •    Supports the Service managers regarding reporting and process implementations and improvements.  •    Acts as the contact point for customers scheduling their services and any tasks required to deliver the service. In liaison with regional Service Managers to ensure utilization and planning is completed. How you will support our field service teams: •    Working closely with Service Managers; updating training matrix of certifications; improving utilization and planning; ordering PPE/materials/equipment/IT hardware as required. •    Providing support to Service Engineers; IT issues; Air Travel. •    VISAs as required. •    Export and import documents preparation, INF, ATA Carnet, Certificates of Origin etc. •    Close cooperation with external suppliers Visa Office, Chamber of Commerce, Customs Agency, Logistic Operators, etc. creating documents to deliver service orders; INF3, ATA Carnet,  •    Certificates of Origin etc., Work Permits, Visas, Delegation Letters •    Organization of work declarations France (Sipsi) Benelux (Limosa), other How you will drive revenue, forecasting and support our customers: •    Ensuring Service backlog is updated daily. •    Ensuring data on Service Backlog and Oracle are correct. •    Liaising with customers to get backlog service orders scheduled. •    Providing booking confirmation / ensuring inductions or site administrative documentation is completed. •    Ensuring invoicing is completed as per SW (Standard Work) for all services, supporting Order Management where required. Administrative tasks •    Ensuring S&Ds (Service & Demo) are created for all services and drive to the end status – as per SW. •    Issuing of certification following training courses and reminders issued for expiration awareness. •    Salesforce Dashboard and Report admin requirements for EMEA Professional Service teams. Qualifications  •    Proficient in English and German language •    Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools. •    Preferably 2 years of experience in a multinational environment •    Experienced in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Preferably Salesforce.
