The role

  • Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in the centre.
  • Organise the Front of House team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer’s pace
  • Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern.
  • Motivate and coach team members on best practice.
  • Being a point of contact for customers queries
  • Assisting the Service Manager with daily running of the Front of house/Service team
  • Building positive, professional relationships with staff and customers

To be successful for the position you will:

  • The role would suit an Assistant Manager or Senior Service Advisor looking for the next step.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience working within a fast-paced customer-facing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multitask and keep to deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude to problem solving

Pay: £33,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
