We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager with a proven background in the home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or related trades). This role ensures the efficient, profitable, and customer-focused operation of our service department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in team leadership, customer relationship management, and service/sales training with a direct impact on operational growth and client satisfaction.
