Basic-Fit Security is an independent Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC) with its own management, policy, and a state-of-the-art technical infrastructure. Based in Hoofddorp, the company is a driving force behind intelligent security solutions. Using advanced camera, detection, and communication technology, they stand at the forefront of security innovation.
Basic-Fit Security serves as the dedicated MARC for Basic-Fit, a leading and rapidly growing chain of fitness clubs across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, and Spain. Thanks to smart technology, Basic-Fit clubs are connected live to the MARC. This enables not only real-time security but also service support, investigation work, and live camera surveillance on request from Basic-Fit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum MBO level 2 (vocational training or equivalent thinking/working level);
• Availability of 24 to 38 hours per week;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Living within a 60 km radius of Hoofddorp;
• Willing to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts;
• Able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure;
• Willing to continuously develop yourself through feedback, training, and courses.
