Are you a motivated team player with a passion for customer service? At Danfoss, we are currently looking for a Service Order Handler (m/w/d) to join our team at either Offenbach in Germany or Guntramsdorf in Austria, with a hybrid work setup that includes agreed remote work days.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working closely with customers and colleagues across Germany and other European countries. Your main tasks include:

  • Managing commercial tasks related to service orders, including:
  • Processing service partner invoices and reports
  • Managing warranty registrations
  • Supporting cost estimations for repairs
  • Coordinating drive exchanges and special service offerings
  • Providing product support and executing commercial product notes
  • Performing ad hoc administrative tasks (e.g. related to returns, spare parts)
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the EMEA region
  • Supporting root cause analyses and problem-solving
  • Working in close alignment with technical teams, service workshops, customers, service partners, and the sales order handling team
