* Presentar el programa Service Partner a los canales que están autorizados a ingresar en programa * Presentar y conducir la alineación del contrato entre nuestro Legal y los Service Partner * Conducir las renovaciones de contratos antes del cierre de cada Service Partner * Creación y actualización de los certificados de Service Partner * Buscar autorización de nuestro Legal y firmar las cartas de alcance de nuestros Service Partner en ofertas al mercado * Alineación de prioridad por región de los incrementos de los Service Partner * Gestionar el portal de Service Partner * Actualizar y compartir nuestra base de datos de Service Partner activos en la region * Hacer el control de calidad de los Service Partner, Buscando feedback de nuestros clientes y de otras áreas de Vertiv. Education & Certifications:  * Egresado Universitario con título profesional de las carreras de Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, o afines  * Conocimiento en MS Office intermedio, deseable mas no obligatorio Power BI * Nivel de inglés intermedio que pueda sostener una conversación Work Authorization No calls or agencies please. Responsibilities
The specialist will be responsible for presenting the Service Partner program to authorized channels, managing contract alignment between legal teams and Service Partners, and conducting contract renewals. Key duties also include creating and updating Service Partner certificates and managing the Service Partner portal.
