Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Kapolei, HI). We offer competitive pay and benefits! Will make an impact in the following ways: • Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in identifying and securing parts and supplies • Support parts counter operations including walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and order processing • Handle transactions including cash, check, and credit card payments • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs in a timely and professional manner • Utilize systems, catalogs, and resources to source parts efficiently • Support inventory management including stocking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization • Collaborate with service and sales teams to support repair quotes and parts availability • Identify opportunities to upsell additional parts and services • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse environment • Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
