OVERVIEW

The Service & Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department within our organization. This position is responsible for coordinating various aspects of service management, including supply chain operations, inventory control, employee management and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and customer relations. ** Competitive wage plus bonus plan available.

Qualifications .

  • Familiarity with automotive service processes, including mechanical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair.
  • Experience with PBS ( Dealer Management System ), is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on procurement management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry and inventory control processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Responsibilities
  • Manage supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of parts and materials.
  • Oversee supplier management, maintaining strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Coordinate automotive diagnostics and service requests, facilitating effective communication between technicians and customers.
  • Implement demand planning strategies to optimize inventory control and reduce excess stock.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing automotive issues and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
  • Maintain accurate data entry records related to customers, service and parts work orders.
