Description
The Service (People for Others), Community and Inclusion Coordinator is a leadership role designed for a strategic thinker and deft facilitator who understands that a truly excellent education is inseparable from a culture of belonging and service to others. This role will be a partner in executing the institutional vision, ensuring that building community through inclusion, belonging, and service is not just ideal, but a lived reality for every student. The coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment within St. Francis. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that promote community and inclusion among students, staff, and the broader community. This position is not a traditional administrative role; it is a position of profound influence that touches every division—Primary, Lower, Middle, and Upper—to create a cohesive, inclusive school culture. Additionally, the coordinator will develop, implement, and oversee service opportunities for our students and faculty/staff - a cornerstone of who we are as “people for others.”  The coordinator will lead the School’s efforts to assess community needs and foster community partnerships, enabling our students to reach beyond campus. By facilitating educational opportunities and outreach activities, the role aims to build a supportive atmosphere where all individuals feel valued and empowered. Ultimately, the coordinator contributes to the institution’s mission by ensuring that inclusive practices are embedded in all aspects of the educational experience.
