Our client is a leading provider of mechanical, electrical and plumbing building services. They are currently looking for a Service Planner & Administrator to be based at their site in the North Shields for a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities

The Service Planner & Administrator serves as a key point of contact for clients while coordinating a team of service engineers, managing schedules, and handling changing priorities.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently plan and schedule service engineers, ensuring accurate job reports and certifications are promptly issued to clients.
  • Ensure all parts are ordered and available prior to scheduling engineer visits.
  • Prepare client quotations and develop RAMS for projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as generating management reports and assisting the Service Director with internal and external audits.
