Service Planner Acerca del rol Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Servicios que lidere la planificación y ejecución de servicios, contratos de mantenimiento y proyectos, asegurando la excelencia operativa, la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros del negocio. Responsabilidades principales Gestión Operativa y Técnica Coordinar servicios sobre: Equipamiento de distribución eléctrica Automatización industrial Sistemas de alimentación segura Sistemas termomecánicos Gestionar contratos de mantenimiento preventivo Coordinar proyectos de mediana envergadura Supervisar servicios de consultoría y estudios eléctricos Interpretar y validar alcances técnicos Planificación y Ejecución Analizar el negocio vendido (alcance técnico, presupuesto y plazos) Coordinar recursos técnicos propios y contratistas Gestionar materiales, logística y cronogramas de ejecución Realizar seguimiento de la ejecución y cumplimiento del servicio Gestión Administrativa y Financiera Realizar seguimiento de costos y márgenes (cost management) Monitorear desvíos en plazos, costos y alcance Gestionar backlog (backlog burning) y forecast de facturación Coordinar el cierre administrativo y el proceso de facturación Elaborar y revisar informes técnicos y documentación contractual Asegurar el correcto uso y actualización de sistemas (SAP, BFS) Gestión de Clientes Actuar como punto de contacto durante todo el ciclo del servicio Mantener comunicación continua antes, durante y después de la ejecución Gestionar clientes estratégicos, incluyendo presencia en sitio cuando aplique Asegurar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente Gestión de Recursos y Contratistas Planificar y asignar recursos según habilidades, disponibilidad y normas de seguridad Gestionar contratistas (selección, seguimiento y evaluación de desempeño) Supervisar actividades de técnicos de campo (FSRs) Gestión de Materiales Analizar y validar requerimientos técnicos de materiales Asegurar disponibilidad y seguimiento logístico Requisitos Formación en Técnica o Ingeniería, Electromecánica, Industrial o carreras afines Experiencia de al menos 2 años en coordinación de servicios, mantenimiento o proyectos Conocimiento técnico en al menos una de las siguientes áreas: Electricidad Automatización Sistemas industriales Sistemas de energía segura y refrigeración (data centers) Manejo de SAP, BFS y herramientas de MS Office Inglés intermedio (deseable) Licencia de conducir (deseable) Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
