Company : Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd Understand the PIP and PSP that shared by SE and plan for repairing within the time frame given by CAT. Prepare report & execute on the daily repair, PM, TA1 & TA2 inspection and share with SE for execution. Make sure SDI and SDM Mechanics submit the SOS sampling on time. Coordinate with customer on matters related to machines & part - ad hoc repair, schedule repair, prioritize repair, PM jobs schedule, parts ordering, cannibalization. Compile the red alert from SOS and consolidate in report then share with Project Head in daily basis. Set the appropriate timeline for each of the major jobs to monitor mechanics efficiency. Follow up the JAF to submit by daily basis and do cross check on the timeline set. Responsible to ensure all pending parts (backlog) arrival and arrange service jobs to be carried out. Coordinate and follow up with Sibu to follow up on the components repairs. Monitor mechanics to carry out the PM servicing, TA1 & TA2 inspection based on the schedule given by SP. Manage and monitor on the backlog parts and plan on the execution of repair. Responsible for planning the technician task, arranging work schedules and scheduling CAT machine maintenance. Constantly monitor mechanics is doing Take 5 and attend RTS. Enforce work safety practices, ensuring the usage of PPE according to ESH requirements. Coordinate service tasks, efficiently assigning qualified technicians based on their expertise and workload. Monitor technicians' time card submissions, ensuring the practice of standard time for each repair job. Fulfill a 100% responsiveness goal for repair jobs to be completed within the promised date. Collaborate with the parts department to secure the availability of necessary components for scheduled services. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the service planning and coordination functions. Provide regular reports on service planning metrics, including completion rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.
