WEST DEVON FIRE PROTECTION - FIRE SAFETY SPECIALIST

Monday to Friday with hours negotiable We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively. As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Your role will involve data entry, upselling opportunities, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
  • Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in project planning or coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Analyse project requirements and resource availability to optimise planning processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Identify upselling opportunities during client interactions to enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain organised records of project progress and client communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide updates on project status to stakeholders as required.
