What You’ll Do: * Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures. * Quickly identify the root cause of malfunctions and execute precision repairs. * Build rapport with homeowners, effectively presenting products and service options that solve their long-term needs. * Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations while maintaining clear communication with dispatch. * Keep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked while ensuring every job site is left spotless. * Accurately complete all digital paperwork and service records on time. What You Bring: * 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation. * Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options. * Journeyman Plumber License is highly preferred, but not mandatory. * Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards. * A personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication. * A valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day. * Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working. * Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds. * Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights. * Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions.
