Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping. Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners. Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repair or replacement options. Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues using industry-standard tools and techniques. Provide clear explanations to customers regarding problems, solutions, pricing, and maintenance tips. Prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle. Follow all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses and ensure smooth workflow. Represent the company professionally through excellent customer service and a courteous attitude. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of plumbing experience required. Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters. Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record. Clean background check.
